Nathan’s background includes premium hospitality with Park Hyatt Sydney, high-end travel planning, firsthand experience at a majority of the Luxury Lodges of Australia, and work in boutique island hospitality, including Bedarra Island. He has also worked aboard superyachts in the Mediterranean.

Across food and beverage, housekeeping, deck work and interior-steward roles, the expectation was consistent: notice the details, communicate clearly and leave every space properly presented.
